Helen Wood

Helen is originally from Cumbria but has lived in Manchester for nearly 20 years.

After studying geography and politics at uni and having a couple of roles in the civil service she retrained as a chartered accountant.

She had 17 years spent gaining great experience at two large professional services firms and having two children, Helen decided to go it alone, concentrating on one of the parts of reward and incentives work she had always enjoyed best - writing. 

Whilst most of this writing has remained in the reward and incentives sphere, Helen also has a regular freelance role reporting on parliamentary select committees.
